Circular re-design

Our denim is the result of an overall re-design of the production system, inspired by the principles of the circular economy, planned to combine technology and new materials in order to minimise waste.

Eco-sustainability

The fashion business is among the most polluting industries in the world. This is why we have taken up the legacy of Italdenim, which already in 2014 – the world’s first denim manufacturer – signed up to Greenpeace’s ‘Detox’ protocol for the elimination of numerous classes of chemicals from every stage of production.

PureDenim Founder

Luigi Caccia is the founder with his sister Ilaria of PureDenim, a rib of Italdenim, a company specialising in the production of sustainable denim. In the last 10 years, it has made a revolution in denim production. In the pursuit of innovative processes and natural polymers, and constantly studying new technologies, PureDenim has successfully reduced the amount of chemicals and water in the jeans manufacturing process. PureDenim is constantly looking for alternatives to one of the highest polluting processes in the textile industry.
