Our fabrics reduce environmental impact

Water consumption is one of the biggest problems in denim production.

Thanks to EcoSonic, we are able to harness the power of ultrasound to refine our fabrics, using only 0.53L of water per metre of fabric and 40% less energy than traditional processes.

The finale result is a denim fabric with increased resistance to crooking and a more defined and luxurious appearance.

EcoSonic uses a physical process called ‘ultrasonic cavitation’.

EcoSonic reduces energy use and brings about chemical independence in textile production.

How does it work?

Through two generators, high-frequency waves are produced that make the water move at high speed and create tiny air bubbles that explode on contact with the fabric, releasing their energy. This phenomenon is known as cavitation.
